TRACK FAQs

1.  WHO IS A TRACK TEAM COACH?

A TRACK Team Coach is a certified trainer of the TRACK Team™ process, tools and materials. Each TRACK Team Coach has had extensive training in TRACK and has personally served in all areas of a TRACK Team.

2. HOW MANY COACHES WILL BE PRESENT FOR OUR 2- DAY COACHING SESSION?

During the initial phone consultation with your church, your TRACK Coach will assess your church’s needs. The number of coaches who will attend the 2-day coaching session will greatly depend on the size of your church/ministry. In most cases, only two coaches will be required.

3. WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE 2-DAY COACHING SESSION?

This decision is left to each individual church. We suggest all leaders and potential TRACK Team members in your church/ministry be present. This may be as few as one or two people.  However, the building of your own TRACK Team may occur much more quickly and easily, the more people you have present for the coaching session.  Prior to our visit, we will provide you with materials that will help you choose potential TRACK Team members.

4. DO ALL OUR ATTENDEES AT THE COACHING SESSION NEED TO ATTEND THE FULL TWO DAYS?

No.  Again, this is for your church to decide. You may choose specific leaders to attend different sections of the coaching session throughout the two days.  We can help you decide who should attend which section prior to our TRACK Team Coach arriving.

5.  WHAT TRAINING METHODS ARE USED IN THE 2-DAY COACHING SESSION?

Our coaching may include any combination of the following:  one-on-one personal training, video sessions, written materials, computer generated presentations, mock training scenarios, etc.

6.  FOLLOWING THE 2-DAY COACHING SESSION, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR OUR OWN TRACK TEAM TO BE UP AND RUNNING?

This will depend on many factors, such as the size of your TRACK Team, the commitment made by your TRACK Team members, time available for development, etc. In most churches under 1000 members, it will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to get your TRACK Team up and running.
