OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: Our TRACK Team Coach(es) will visit your church for a full 2-day coaching session. After this 2-day session, your church will have the process, tools and materials needed to build a successful TRACK Team of your own.
1. Introduction of TRACK Team process
- Explanation of TRACK analogy/terms
- Overview of steps in TRACK process
2. Detailed training for each leg (area) of the TRACK process
- Recruiting: “How to” materials for creating recruitment tools, themes and events; time guidelines for making initial contact (sample dialogue scripts provided)
- Interviewing: Sample manuals and outlines for conducting interviews, discussion topics, questions, volunteer position descriptions and suggested dialogue scripts
- Training: Guidelines and subject matter for volunteer training classes Serving 101 (heart/attitude) and Serving 102 (tasks)
- Mentoring: Methods for developing a mentor relationship with new volunteers and checklist outlining steps taken to bring volunteer into full service.

4. Discussion of TRACK Team organizational structure
- Role of TRACK Team coordinator/leader(s)
