Work day spent one-on-one with our coaches to accomplish the following:

• developing a recruiting program specifically designed for your church, including forms, materials, energizing themes and fun ideas
• creating your own interview guidelines and manuals
• building and designing your own training programs for your volunteer positions
• establishing your mentor program, including mentor training and materials
• tailoring all TRACK forms to your church’s specific needs
• developing a plan to introduce your TRACK Team™ to the church
• creating an agenda for your first TRACK Team meeting

Following your TRACK training, our Coach(es) will remain in contact with your leaders to address follow-up questions and ensure your TRACK Team’s successful start!
